I don’t know, whether these school girl costumes are allowed or not, but I think they are available for specific purpose like Halloweens, performance art/ theater, themed party, etc. The idea is quite funny I think, maybe this is one of the phenomena of Gossip Girl fever. At least we have the source when we need the costumes urgently, rather than to go to the tailor to make it, which will be time consuming. Well, good idea!
