Sweet-and-Spicy Chipotle Chicken Wings Recipe

There was a family gathering held in my house yesterday. It is a monthly agenda in my family from my great-great-grandparents, and for this month I was chose as the host for the gathering.

Want to be a good host, I cooked special food for the monthly event. I tried a recipe which I got from the internet, namely Sweet-and-Spicy Chipotle Chicken Wings. Before I served it for my family, I took a picture of the appetizing Sweet-and-Spicy Chipotle Chicken Wings. Hmmm…yummy! My family praised me for it.

Eat More Vegetarian Meals

vegetarian meals

Have you ever wondered if vegetarians are healthier than other people? If their hearts, in particular, are healthier? That can be a very tricky question to answer, because vegetarians frequently pursue an overall healthy lifestyle, which means that any health benefit they seem to enjoy might well come from factors other than not eating meat—such as not smoking, not drinking to excess, or exercising more. Recently, though, a different approach was taken to answering this question, and it appears that, yes, vegetarians do have healthier hearts, and because they are vegetarians.

In a seven-year-long study, British physicians compared vegetarians, not to “average people” but to other people who had an active interest in health foods, who smoked very little, and whose overall lifestyle was probably fairly similar to that of the vegetarians. What they found was that both groups had extremely low death rates. While the vegetarian mortality rate was a few percentage points lower than the nonvegetarians with an interest in health foods, the difference was not considered statistically significant. What was significant, though, was the difference in the death rates from ischemic heart disease (IHD), the most common form of heart disease, in which blood flow is restricted. The nonvegetarians had, on the average, a death rate from IHD of only a little more than half of what might be expected. The vegetarians, though, did even better: Their rate of fatal heart attacks was only 35.6 percent of average.
Another important revelation: The apparent protective effect of vegetarianism was much more potent among men than among women. Since men generally are at a greater risk of suffering a heart attack than women, this apparent avenue of protection is welcome indeed.

Do We Need Exercise Equipment?

Posted by admin

Yes! If you ask me, what does a thing I want to buy at most, then my answer will be an exercise equipment. As a working mom without servant or nanny, I almost spend my day time to taking care my family. That’s why I don’t have time to do any exercises to keep my body fit. However if I have an exercise equipment, I can do exercise in my rare spare time.
